What is an aerial hoop?

Aerial hoop, also known as lyra, is a circus and aerial dance apparatus that consists of a steel or aluminum hoop suspended from the ceiling.

Aerial hoop is a popular form of aerial dance and can be seen in circus performances and aerial dance shows. It provides a unique and thrilling way to explore movement and express oneself through the art of aerial dance.

How I Turned A Decade of Loneliness & Depression Into My New Dream Life

I’m going to share with you a very personal story. It begins with feeling lonely since all my time was dedicated to studying, working, and being a typical Asian with no social life. After many years of loneliness, I was seeking a community to accept me. Then I began to realize my ideal community was going to be created by myself, thus I birthed Tiger Mom’s Aerial Hoop Studio. This is place of welcomes creativity, promotes calmness, and embraces stability.

I understand aerial hoop, but what is mindset training?

Mindset training is a form of mental conditioning that aims to help individuals develop a positive and resilient mindset that supports their personal and professional growth. It involves intentionally cultivating attitudes, beliefs, and habits that promote psychological well-being and help individuals overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.

Mindset training typically involves a combination of education, self-reflection, and practice. It may include activities such as meditation, journaling, visualization, and goal setting, as well as cognitive-behavioral techniques such as reframing negative thoughts, developing self-compassion, and building resilience.

The underlying principle of mindset training is that our thoughts and beliefs influence our emotions, behaviors, and outcomes. By intentionally cultivating a positive and growth-oriented mindset, individuals can improve their performance, increase their resilience, and overcome obstacles more effectively.

Intro to Aerial Hoop

This class will introduce you to Aerial Hoop in a soft and gentle manner. You will learn basic sitting positions and condition the body for more acrobatic positions. Recommended to take 5 intro classes in 2 weeks.

Aerial Hoop 6 Week Body Transformation

Exercise is only one facet of a healthy lifestyle. I’ll help you make good choices when you eat so you can have more energy throughout the day.
