Where to Start

  • Level 0-1

    Level 0 - 1 classes are where most students should start no matter what your fitness background maybe. These classes will introduce the muscle groups needed for aerial arts. Also it introduces the terminology of poses which you will need for higher level classes. These classes also help you build body callouses need for higher level classes. New students start here —> Intro to Aerial Hoop, Intro to Aerial FIT, Intro to Low Flow Aerial Hoop, and Intro to Aerial Playground

  • Level 2

    Students should be familiar with these moves: craddle, moon, marathon finisher, front amazon, back hip balance, fly away splits, bird, mermaid, coffin and gazelle. Classes for this level include: Low Flow For Advanced Beginner and Aerial Hoop Advanced Beginner.

  • Level 3

    Students should be familiar with these moves: reverse moon, single hip hang, candle stick, bus driver, front hip balance, walking man, standing, single knee hang on the spanset, shoulder stand, and chest stand.
